Conditions
General Information
- Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is written. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer’s scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.
- If you decide to return your product, you must contact Novosbed at 1-877-496-3626 to make arrangements for return shipping. Novosbed will not reimburse third-party shipping expenses organized by the customer.
- Novosbed does not resell returned mattresses. All returned mattresses are donated to local charities.
- The 120 Night Trial begins the day your order is delivered. Novosbed does not accept returned merchandise after the 120 Night Trial has expired.
Items Covered by the 120 Night In-Home Trial
- All mattresses, pillows, and foundations may be returned. Mattresses and pillows returned after the first 60 days of the trial are NOT subject to restocking fees.
- Foundations may be returned at any time during the 120 night trial, but are subject to return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
- Mattresses with free pillows: if you decide to keep the free pillows received at the time of sale but send the mattress back, the refund given will equal the mattress price minus the pillow value. For example: $1,099 (Classic king size) – $218 (2 pillows) = total refund of $881 for the return of a Classic King mattress. For a full (100%) refund, the mattress and pillows must be sent back together.
Exchanges
- If you are not completely happy with your Novosbed during the trial period, you may exchange it for a different model once. If you exchange for a more expensive Novosbed, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If you exchange for a less expensive mattress, we will refund the difference. The 120 Night In-Home Trial does not apply to your exchanged mattress.
- If you return your mattress and purchase a new mattress in a separate transaction, this is considered an exchange and the above policy applies.
Items NOT Covered by the 120 Night In-Home Trial
- Novosbed does not accept returns for opened, incorrectly ordered products. It is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct size of a mattress. Before ordering, make sure to measure your bed frame or platform to ensure the correct product is ordered at the time of purchase.
Minimum trial length
- Novosbed mattresses are compressed and vacuum packaged. After opening the package, try your new mattress for AT LEAST 60 days, as it can take a few nights to start experiencing the benefits of memory foam.
- If, upon receipt, you decide you’d rather not use the product at all, DO NOT OPEN IT. Instead, ship it back to us in the original, unopened packaging within 30 days. UNOPENED products are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IF RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS.
- The customer is responsible for round trip shipping costs and restocking fees of returned unopened products, which usually equals 20-30% of the product sale price. Opened products are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IF RETURNED WITHIN THE FIRST 60 DAYS.
Order Cancellations
- Novosbed processes orders for shipping within 4-6 hours of the purchase during weekdays, and on the first working day after a weekend. If you decide you’d like to cancel or change your order before it is shipped, call or e-mail us within 4-6 hours to have the best chance of stopping your order before it ships. If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse the delivery, but you will be responsible for all shipping charges and restocking fees, which usually costs 20-30% of the product sale price.
Physical condition of returned merchandise
- Products must be returned in good condition, and must include original proof of purchase and all paperwork received at the time of purchase.
- Product refunds will not be granted if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear, and shall not be granted if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident or neglect; including but not limited to damage by burns, cuts, water, stains, bodily fluids or is otherwise abnormally soiled, used or unsanitary.
- Using a mattress pad or protector during your trial period is not required.
Pickup and Refund
- Once Novosbed receives your request to return your product, we will e-mail you with instructions about how to prepare the products for the return pickup.
- Please allow 2-10 business days for us to arrange the pickup and donation of your order.
- Within 24 hours of the pickup, we will initiate a refund to the credit card or PayPal account used on the original purchase transaction. Refunds can take 2-10 business days to process and show on your financial records.
